Gail Glanville is amazing!
I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I had to take the time to write this one because of the service that I received.

I learned about Not Just Travel at a wedding fair I attended with my fiance. Gail Glanville was the representative there from RedRoute Travel on behalf of Sandals Resorts. From the first words we shared, Gail has been patient, polite, friendly and genuinely helpful. She has been so invested in planning my fiance and my honeymoon that I can't recommend her enough. We had to make multiple changes to our trip due to unplanned complications, and Gail was unphased and kept going through the process with us. I believe that she was genuinely happy to accommodate the changes. She even helped us to find efficient solutions as if it was her own trip that she was planning. She even found a way to make our whole trip considerably cheaper while still meeting all our needs and we didn't even ask her to do that.

She has been an angel during this time of planning. She has made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. She even helped us to find the venue for our reception, again, without even being asked. She just picked up on it during a conversation that we had and found suggestions for us. Thanks to Gail, my fiance and I will get to have our dream honeymoon in the Caribbean.

The world needs more passionate, hardworking and kind people like Gail and I hope that more people get to work with her so that their dreams can come true too!

I contacted Gail at Red Route travel to help me plan an exotic trip away for my son and me. Travelling as a single parent I had a certain criteria to try to make sure my son was entertained with plenty of activities for him to do with me as well as an age appropriate kids club that he would be happy to go to. Gail gave me a number of options at different points within the budget set. I opted for Turks and Caicos, Beaches Resort (part of the Sandals group). Gail took care of it all and them some, she made not only the booking process stress free, seamless and exciting but checked in on me at intervals post booking and pre holiday checkin and even sorted out travel to the airport for us on our departure date delivering a service above and beyond. The holiday ticked every box and more for us. It was a holiday of a life time truly unforgettable and made memories that will never be forgotten. I felt safe knowing that if I did encounter any issue that Gail was only 1 message away willing to sort it out for me which gave me such peace of mind I could really just enjoy the holiday.

Amazing Maldives
We’re just home from an amazing holiday to the Maldives 🏝️

Gail booked a surprise Birthday holiday for my husband 6 months ago to Italy for June this year.
She found the perfect package for an incredible price with great flights ticking every box.
However, life can get in the way and due to my health and a critical op now pending I had to cancel. Rather than losing the deposit Gail jumped into action and supported me as I decided to change our needs entirely moving the holiday to a family package next year when I will hopefully be recovered.
I cannot thank her enough.
It’s been a tricky journey and she patiently held my hand, called me to give me reassurance with no sales pitch to see how she could help.

Gail was brilliant when my girlfriend and I decided that we wanted to change our planned holiday for September which we had already booked through her to a later option, due of course to the current uncertainty around travelling abroad at the moment. She was very understanding when I spoke to her about this and quickly provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision on the matter. She then helped us to plan a new holiday for next January. A completely different location and type of vacation. She found us the perfect place to go from a very small brief and within our budget. I have just had to travel to and from the UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (A Red List Country) due to a family bereavement. RedRoute Travel was amazing in helping me to plan my latest holiday. I knew I wanted to go to the Caribbean. I knew when I wanted to go. I knew what I wanted from the holiday. But I had no idea exactly where I wanted to go. I explained this to her and she gave me a few different options within my budget.
I settled on an all inclusive resort in St Lucia. The package she had put together was perfect. I had a brilliant holiday achieving everything I wanted from it. She has great travel knowledge.She is happy to give great advice. In my dealings with her I have always found her to be professional, helpful and friendly.
She gives you confidence and makes you feel at ease with the trip arrangements. Is always available for queries. Plus she was able to quickly advise me what to do when my flight home was cancelled at short notice.
A fun stress free holiday was provided for me with every aspect thought of and organised. I cannot recommend RedRoute Travel highly enough. Great service.

Thanks RedRoute for sorting our trip to Krakow and making arranging it extremely easy, Paula provided several options and for a Jet2 package was even able to beat the price on Jet2’s website! There was plenty of communication (despite my many stupid questions!) making the whole process easy and stress free, I’d also recommend Krakow to anyone as it is a lovely city!

What can I say, gave a very short brief "I want to see the northern lights on Jan 26 2018 for my husband's 50th birthday surprise!" More than exceeded my expectation and took all the hassle out of arranging things and best of all, we were indeed lucky in seeing the Northern Lights on my hubby's 50th birthday near Tromso in Norway. We also did a husky sledding trip and a fjord cruise. My husband was really chuffed and said it's his best holiday ever, my 11yr old loved it too. Absolutely perfect long weekend holiday, would whole-heatedly recommend RedRoute, especially for those slightly different holidays - anyone can do normal but RedRoute excel at the slightly different. Just back from spending a wonderful 10 night holiday in South Africa. RedRoute Travel looked after us from start to end and the boutique hotels that she booked were top notch ! We spent 3 nights in Cape Town (great vibrant city with loads to do) , 2 nights in Stellenbosch sampling the wine ! 1 night in Hermanus, 3 nights in Plettenburg Bay and a night in Port Elizabeth before returning home. If you like stunning scenery, wildlife, walking, food and drink I would recommend.

We challenged RedRoute Travel to get us to Dallas, San Francisco and Portland over a fortnight period, on a fairly specific budget. And boy, did she come through! We even had to move everything a week, which was done totally seamlessly. We took five flights, in total, and every one was perfect. We were booked into three hotels, and each was unique in its own way. I cannot recommend RedRoute highly enough! If you want a hassle free holiday booking.

Booked a short weekend break to Rome through RedRoute Travel and apart from the weather we couldn’t have been happier. The hotel was nice, it was on the outskirts of the city but still within easy walking distance of all the main attractions, and being off the main tourist route you had a great choice of proper local restaurants and coffee shops to choose from without paying silly tourist prices.
RedRoute Travel is on hand to help with any issues or queries even whilst away and makes the whole experience that much more enjoyable, I’d recommend RedRoute Travel to anyone looking for a holiday.

I contacted RedRoute Travel for idea's for a last minute holiday. She came up with a number of different destinations based on our requirements. We booked to go to Limak Atlantis Delux in Belek Turkey. Booking was made very easy from start to finish, with lots of help from RedRoute Travel. She sent us emails and gave us a call a few days before departure to make sure we had everything sorted. RedRoute Travel was on hand even if we had an issue whilst away but it wasn't needed. The hotel and package that was set up for us was amazing and the whole experience was brilliant not to mention a great price. I can not recommend RedRoute Travel enough for total quality of service.
